When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord username, avatar and email address. That is what creates your account. We do not see your Discord password and we cannot post as you on Discord.
While you use the site we store what you put on it: posts, replies, reactions, uploaded photos and videos, campaign submissions, follows and reports. We also keep the activity records that power the leaderboard and reputation scores, and standard technical logs that keep the site running and catch abuse.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, if you arrived through someone's invite link, a referral cookie that remembers who invited you for up to 30 days. No third-party tracking cookies, no ad networks.
Run the site. Your posts show to the communities you post them in, your points and reputation show on boards and your profile, and your notifications come from activity on your content. Scoring and abuse checks run on activity records. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Sponsor placements you may see are images and links an organization admin placed; sponsors get no data about you, not even that you saw it.
If direct message notifications are enabled for your community, the WireHub bot can send you a Discord DM about activity on your content. You can turn every notification type on or off from your notification preferences.
Deleting a post removes it from the site along with its points. Uploaded media stops being served when its post is removed. If you want your whole account and its data removed, ask through your community's Discord server and it will be handled.
